Mr. Jack McRae has been a licensed attorney in the State of California since 1997. His practice concentrates exclusively in the area of Family Law. Family Law includes such areas as divorce; child custody; parenting time; spousal and child support; property division; division of retirement benefits; tax consequences of divorce; mediation and arbitration; annulments; paternity; change of domicile; grandparent's rights; domestic violence; and post-judgment proceedings. Mr. McRae has a diverse background which included high net worth estate planning as well as an earlier career as an executive in the field of Information Technology. Having received numerous Best Speaker Awards at competitive events, he has been a popular keynote speaker on a variety of topics related to law, ethics, terrorism, and information technology. Mr. McRae received his Juris Doctorate degree from the highly esteemed Trinity Law School (formerly the Simon Greenleaf School of Law), and his law practice upholds the highest ethical values that are stressed in that environment. Jack McRae has a unique philosophy in handling Family Law matters. He believes that every client deserves individual attention and the best representation possible.
